Ready to start your career at sea? Join us on 16 July, 1:30pm – 5pm at Fleetwood Nautical Campus for our Maritime Careers Open Event, where you can explore what a career at sea involves and the training routes available within the Merchant Navy.

You’ll learn more about cadetship pathways in nautical science (deck), marine engineering and electro-technical disciplines, and gain a clearer understanding of how training leads to a career at sea.

During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to tour specialist maritime facilities, see simulators and training environments in action, and speak directly with tutors and current cadets about their experiences.

You can also meet sponsoring and training companies, helping you explore potential career paths and funding options within the industry.

The event is open to anyone interested in a maritime career, whether you are just starting out or considering a new direction.
