Launched in October 2024, the Careers at Sea National Awareness Campaign highlights the impact and economic importance of the UK shipping industry, alongside the sector’s scale, diversity and range of career pathways for those considering a life at sea.

During London International Shipping Week 2025, the Merchant Navy Training Board (MNTB) shared an update with industry on the campaign’s first-year results and its future direction. A Year one summary report was also published and is available via the MNTB website.
